Othello Story

I am a lame storyteller and am not great at writing stories so you will have to forgive me if you find the below story to be boring.

Main Characters (Quick Overview):

Rain is a incredibly beautiful girl and has been friends with Harry since they were little. She is close with her family and grows depressed after hearing a disastrous truth.

Harry is a smart and caring boy but for some unknown reason he cannot figure out that he loves Rain and that Rain loves him. When he does figure out that they are in love it is too late.

Plot (You do not have to read it all if you do not want to.):

Rain and Harry have know each other since they were about the age of 7. They live in the same neighborhood and go to the same school. They are the best of friends and are almost inseparable until one day when Harry and Rain come home from school. It is the last day of eighth grade and their summer is just about to start. Harry and Rain are getting off the school bus when they see the flashing red and blue lights of a police car in Rain's driveway. Knowing something is wrong, they both run to Rain's house to find that Rain's mother is crying. There are police men standing in the doorway who have somber looks on their faces. Rain runs to comfort her mother and asks her, "where is dad?" Silence fills the room for tens seconds before Rain's mother can muster the courage to tell her daughter the tragic truth that her father is dead. The next couple of days, it rains nonstop. It looks like the rain will never stop falling when one day it does. Harry has tried to see how Rain is doing ever since she heard the news of her father's death but whenever he knocks on Rain's front door no one answers. Today with it no longer raining, Harry immediately rushes over to Rain's house to see how she is feeling. This time Rain answers the door. With just one look at her face, Harry can tell she has been crying a lot over the past couple of days. He hugs her and tries to comfort her but she ultimately pushes him away saying that she has something to tell him. Her mother and she have decided that it is best to move away from this city and go live with her mother's family so as to lessen the pain of losing a husband and father. Rain says that her mother thinks there are too many memories of Rain's father here which will cause her more pain and suffering. Rain says that they have been packing up the last couple of days and are just about to leave. After hearing this news, Harry realizes that he may never see Rain ever again. His mind starts to swarm with all types of things that he wants to tell her before she leaves but cannot muster the courage to say them. They both step outside as Rain's mother brings all of her and her daughter's possessions that they will take with them. Everything is packed and ready to go but Harry still has so much to say to Rain. He knows what he has to tell her but the words just won't come out of his mouth. Rain says that she has to go now and gives Harry a kiss before walking toward the car. (I might finish the rest of this story later, so if you actually read it all the way until here then good job! =D)
